This portal facilitates payment for municipal services only. No physical goods are sold or shipped.

2. Cancellation Policy

Once a payment is successfully processed, cancellation is generally not permitted. Users must verify details before proceeding.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered in cases of:

• Duplicate payment
• Failed transaction where amount is debited

4. Refund Procedure

Users must provide Transaction ID, Payment Date, Property ID, and Registered Mobile Number when submitting a refund request.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days and credited to the original payment method.

6. Final Decision

The decision of Nagar Parishad Banka regarding refund approval shall be final.
